Halima was the only lioness I bought that I could never imagine seeing grow old and dying. She being the Guardian of a few cubs in the Potato Pride and mother of the first
ebony born here makes her even more special. - When I first bought Halima she came with a cub in which was sold and/or killed when it was of age, I don't remember. I named her Halima before I even knew her names meaning (Googled it on 11/24/15 for the purpose of this bio) because I had a gut feeling it was for her.
You could say she was my ideal lion -Well you are slightly right though honestly I just can't watch her grow old and die. She is my baby.
She won't be like most peoples frozen lions with a soul purpose as to " Watch over the pride" Or something of that form. She is frozen for her sake of never growing old and staying with the Potato Pride forever. Though I do feel my time with her was short since I got her at the age of 7 years. A 7 year old lioness with a cub that no one was buying.

The One Who Loved Many ______________________________________________________________
None know for sure how Halima came to find the Potato Pride, at least none besides Halima and SweetPotato. There are many stories on how she had came to find the pride but alot seem more like myths than what really happened. They said she came in the night carrying her unknown cub lightly in her jaws, thin and bones wih pads that bled from a soul breaking journey. Some even spoke of her seeking shelter from the drought season that took a toll on every pride, even the Potato Pride. Alas stil, none know for sure how she came to be the first Guardian in the pride let alone how she became part of the expanding family. All anyone really knows it that she, unlike many would accept and take in any that needed her. She was the mother of the pride, strong and well tempered with a soft touch. She was never the
Queen of the pride, she was the mother - The High Guardian. She was the prides diamond in the rough, glowing brightly once light was finally allowed to touch her.

As a young cub the small lioness found herself always left out. Her family rarely finding time for her as it seemed. Her mother had yet given her name or maybe she simply forgot? The small onyx cub wasn't sure anymore. It seemed all she was ever called was 'cub' or a casual 'hey you onyx one' but that was a tad ear for her. I'm In her mind she did Bare a name but it was so much a secret she didn't even know.
