Kurumi has dedicated her life to wiping out rabid hyenas and protecting the puppy, Taromaru, that follows her around. She isn't afraid to tell the King in a dry tone when he has broken feathers covering his mane, making him look unfashionable. Although Kurumi didn't care whether lions liked her or not, she was bothered that Ashed viewed her as an enemy. She would scoff as the lioness when confronted about the fact that she'd killed a hyena, but really she just wanted to know why the other was so worked up. Rapid animals spread their madness quickly and she was protecting the whole pride from harm, including Ashed. Kurumi slunk up to you, commenting wryly that she totes saw you stumble all over yourself in that last play fight. What a fantastic show that was! She could watch it all day.
