Best Friends: Risen, Roeisa, and Shady When Rani was in her adolescence, she found the other lionesses her age to be far too immature. Rani craved intelligent conversation, civilised activities, and a mature approach to life. She began to spend more time with her older half-sisters, the Royal Trio. Risen, Roeisa, and Shady gladly welcomed Rani into their group. They still think of Rani as a baby, no matter how old all of them get, and they are very protective of her. She always seeks out their advice, from hunting advice to how to start a family. All four lionesses are always there for each other and have an immense love for one another.
