I had a thought in my head that it'd be pretty cool if feathers that we crafted had a small and random chance to turn into mane changers. Thalath suggested it could be a non-passable color, much like how the Violet Contacts are purely for looks, and would perhaps be available as a "dye your mane" event in July!
