Neutral Grounds - InformationRole-play & Information: Link Here Breeding: Is allowed here, but pregnancies will NOT be successful. Foals: Any foals under the age of 1 year will NOT be able to survive here. Foals: Between the ages of 1 - 2 years will have a -10% added to their danger rolls. They also risk death by bachelor stallions, should one target them. Winter: Complete exposure to weather. Sometimes a dangerous storm might brush through. BLM: The BLM and rustlers visit the Neutral Grounds EVERY Summer. Your character has a 5% risk of capture every Summer when in the Neutral Grounds. Bachelor Stallions: When role-playing in this area as a stallion, you accept the chances of being challenged to fights over mares and/or dominance. You are also accepting the risk of injury to your character. Bachelor stallion's are bound to this role-play page only. After acquiring four mares and successfully defending them at least once, you can apply for a territory here > Rogue Info and Challenging Bachelorette/Mare: - When role-playing in this area as a mare, you accept the chances of being pursued by eager stallions. Bonds will be hard to keep during this continuous warring of testosterone. Mares are welcome to move into 'open' herd territories at any time. Territory #1 InformationCurrently Unclaimed Best Winter Home (100% Foal Survival) / This mountain range ALWAYS has snow; and thus, there are many plants in which have learned to live and thrive here. Meaning, food for horses! There is also a spring, heat below the Earth's crust keeping it from freezing. High Human threat during the Summer. (50% chance of humans visiting here) Vantage point, hills. Lessens the chance of horse capture by humans. (-1% on rolls) Territory #2 InformationClaimed By Picasso : Role-play Page Worst Winter Home: (60% Foal Survival) SOME vegetation, but water freezes over. These horses must survive by scraping away at ice for water. Least Human threat (5% chance of humans visiting here) It's hidden, almost entirely enclosed by forests. This area has a meadow! Oooo. Territory #3 InformationCurrently Unclaimed Neutral Winter (90% chance of foal survival) Less human threat (15% of humans visiting) Far from the settlement. Drought (10% of herd member death during Summer) Sometimes the lakes dry up in this area if there is a bad summer. 50% chance of bad summer. Territory #4 InformationCurrently Unclaimed Oasis. Ooo, the ladies will like that little closed in pond thing. Medium Winter. (75% chance of foal survival.) Although having sufficient food and water, this herd's winter home is exposed to the cold wind. One side isn't blocked by mountains. Medium Human threat (28% chance of human arrival) Event InformationThis area is for Events! - Soltero will also host events here in the fall! Soltero will make a retired stallion that always hangs out here. He will always be open for younger stallions to spar him, and he'll be like.. teacher-ish. So if a colt lacked proper schooling from its father or whatever, this old dude can offer to teach them how to fight or how to treat mares or whatever. Retired characters are allowed to role-play here. They will be BOUND to the Event area only, and considered deceased in the other territories. They will NOT be recognizable to any horses that visit the event Area. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Roll PercetagesRoll/Chance ideas **All determined with a 100 sided die. -Human Threat: 1 Roll of a 100 sided die: (1-50 Terr #1) (51-55 Terr #2) (56-70 Terr #3) (71-98 Terr #4) (99 - 100 None) [Neutral grounds will ALWAYS be visited by BLM in the Summer] > Caught? - 1 Roll of a 100 sided die: (1-5 Caught) (6-90 Not Caught) (91-100 Slight Injury) >> Territory #1 (1-4 Caught) (50-90 Not Caught) (91-100 Slight Injury) [You can always VOULENTEER your character to be caught! No death will result, but injury rolls will still be made.] -Pregnancy Success in Winter: A roll for each mare pregnant this season: Terr #1: (100% chance survival, no roll required.) Terr #2: (1-60 Foal Lives) (61-100 Mare Looses Foal) Terr #3: (1-90 Foal Lives) (91-100 Mare Looses Foal) Terr #4: (1-75 Foal Lives) (76-100 Mare Looses Foal) Summer Drought: Terr #3 Only: Rolling 2 sided Die: (1 - Good Summer) (2 - Summer Drought) If Drought: A roll for each herd member: (1-10 Death) (11-100 Survives) [If your character dies, you can reborn them inside another character womb OR remake them (re-apply) after 3 IN-REAL-LIFE weeks after their death.
