How Breeding Works.

The foal's information (colour, breed, etc) is worked out by Bamon and using a genetics calculator. The foal's gender will be worked out using a random number generator - 1 will mean colt and 2 will mean filly. The two players that roleplay the sire and dam must work out who gets to roleplay the resulting foal or letting it go up for adoption by another player.

Twins are worked out by a number generator too. If the number is between 1 and 85 then there is no twins. If the number is between 86 and 91 there will be twin colts. If the number is between 91 and 96 there will be twin fillies. If the number is between 96 and 100 the twins will be one colt and one filly.

The Breeding Bonus.

Each territory has six specific horse breeds that qualify for a 'breeding bonus' when it comes to producing that special foal <3 If your horse has fifty per cent or more of the breed listed in his DNA then it qualifies for the breeding bonus. What is the breeding bonus? In each breeding two numbers are generated and they are only produced once for each breeding. In a breeding bonus the two numbers can be done twice, and the better scores applied to the results. :D

This breeding bonus applies to every horse that has fifty per cent of the breed listed in the territory they live in. Therefore if you have a horse that is half Sorraia and half Nokota horse that is living in the swamp/marsh land territory then the bonus would be applied twice!

The bonus applies for both the mare and stallion, so should both qualify for the breeding bonus (even twice as explained in the above paragraph) then you have a rare possibility of having a total of the bonus applying FOUR TIMES. Yay!

The breeding bonus does not include the foal's information or twin chance as described in the first section.

Territory #1: Desert.

To determine if a foal gets born and is healthy, a random number generator is used. If the number generated is between 1 and 40 (it goes up to 100) then the foal is born alive and there is no still birth or miscarriage. If the next number is between 1 and 30 out of 100 then the foal is born with a random health issue that shall be stated however if the number is between 31 and 40 out of 100 then the foal has had an accident shortly after birth and minor injuries (that will be stated) have occurred. 41 to 100 means that the foal is okay in every way.

Territory #2: Mountains.

If the number generated is between 1 and 50 (it goes up to 100) then the foal is born alive and there is no still birth or miscarriage. If the next number is between 1 and 30 out of 100 then the foal is born with a random health issue that shall be stated however if the number is between 31 and 50 out of 100 then the foal has had an accident shortly after birth and minor injuries (that will be stated) have occurred. 51 to 100 means that the foal is okay in every way.

Territory #3: Swamp/Marsh Land.

If the number generated is between 1 and 70 (it goes up to 100) then the foal is born alive and there is no still birth or miscarriage. If the next number is between 1 and 40 out of 100 then the foal is born with a random health issue that shall be stated however if the number is between 41 and 70 out of 100 then the foal has had an accident shortly after birth and minor injuries (that will be stated) have occurred. 71 to 100 means that the foal is okay in every way.

Territory #4: Forest.

If the number generated is between 1 and 80 (it goes up to 100) then the foal is born alive and there is no still birth or miscarriage. If the next number is between 1 and 30 out of 100 then the foal is born with a random health issue that shall be stated however if the number is between 31 and 80 out of 100 then the foal has had an accident shortly after birth and minor injuries (that will be stated) have occurred. 81 to 100 means that the foal is okay in every way.

Territory #5: Moors.

If the number generated is between 1 and 60 (it goes up to 100) then the foal is born alive and there is no still birth or miscarriage. If the next number is between 1 and 60 out of 100 then the foal is born with a random health issue that shall be stated however if the number is between 61 and 80 out of 100 then the foal has had an accident shortly after birth and minor injuries (that will be stated) have occurred. 81 to 100 means that the foal is okay in every way.
