What gameplay feature is this bug affecting?

What's the issue? Please include any error messages you receive and as much detail as possible.
I have been trying to obtain the achievement "Trifecta:
Complete a Pin the Prey level using only 3 lionesses". Today, I played two games of Pin the Prey where I used exactly 3 lionesses (not 2, not 1) to clear a level, and I did not get the achievement either time. I did get the achievement on my main account when the game was first released, so it did work then, and I am quite sure I had the appropriate number of lionesses both times.

Any links relating to this bug? For example, if a particular lion is bugging, what is the link to that lion?

Please provide us with step by step explanation how this bug happened so we can attempt to replicate it. If it's complex, please include screenshots where possible:
Refresh Pin the Prey until the first level has a large amount of obstacles around the zebra.
Block zebra in exactly 3 moves.
Wait a few minutes, check achievements, nothing.
