Odds and Ends

Not too far from the waterfalls is this little area, a decently-sized clearing guarded by a couple tough-looking lionesses. A few trees grow in the center, branching overtop and creating a sort of low "ceiling", but high enough to stand up comfortably. All sorts of ornate and intricate trinkets and baubles hang from the branches. Above your head and next to your ears, beads and windchimes made of shells and rocks and wood sway. They make a range of dull and sharp clinks and clatters in the soft breeze.

Scanning across the scene, you notice the ruler of this territory, Lord - Lady? ... Leige? Farrouq. He's lounged comfortably, giggling and gossiping with a few colorful meerkat-like creatures. When he finally notices you, he startles a bit. Gracefully, of course.

"Oh! You startled me!" he gasps with a bright smile and a chuckle. "Welcome, darling! I see the delight in your eyes. You want something special, yes? Most of these trinkets and baubles were created by my Mustelid and Herpestid friends here. Their paws are far more suited for the craft, so little and dexterous! I also have a decent collection of junk and miscellaneous, if that's what tickles your fancy? As they say, where there's muck there's brass! ... Ah! I'm talking your ear off, aren't I? Forgive me, dear. Well, I'll leave you to it! Let me or one of the others know if you wish to purchase something!"
