During a patrol, Iman II heard voices on the borders of his father's kingdom and quietly stalked closer to find that it was rogues planning on taking over the kingdom. Alarmed, he roared out a warning to his brothers, General Zenaph, and his father. The rogues heard him and charged at him, where he was ready for whatever it was they were planning on doing to him. They fought for hours, after everyone had showed up. The rogues ran away, tails tucked between their legs. Iman II has scars on his back leg, body, right eye, and muzzle and is extremely proud of them because he received them while defending his future lands and his father. When he was old enough to play, Iman II become fast friends with Nthanda. As they grew older, their feelings grew stronger, eventually falling in love. On day, he went up to her and asked if she would like to be his mate and future queen and jumped for joy when she agreed. When his father passed away at the age of 15, Iman II took his place as the next king of the Grasslands, with his mate Nthanda by his side. He knew deep down that his mother would be proud of him where ever she was. He also knew that the former queen, his father's true mate, Nia was very proud of him. When his mother had disappeared, Nia has been the one to claim as her own since she and his father never had any males until a recent litter to which he decided to go rogue; she essentially was his mother and he was proud to say so.
