DAUGHTER OF IMARA TO ICHILIA Maisha was one of the peskiest cubs the pride has ever known. She seemed to have inherited a great deal of spunk from her mother, including a tendency to eye off males. Hanging out with the pride's scouts, she quickly learned to climb trees and often spies on the pride's guards (and any other males who wander into the territory) - especially Jivu. Guard Ua is constantly shooing her away, overly protective of her mate, Nuksi. After her father's death, Maisha asked her friend Giza to train her as a scout. With Sikia now the pride leader, she was no longer really a princess and she wanted to do her part for the pride...plus she enjoyed sneaking around. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ After Swila's retirement, Princess Maisha was elevated to rank leader of the Scout guild. Maisha means 'Life' in Swahili.
