Njiwa- Swahili for "pigeon" Born during the era of Mlinzi the Protector, died during the era of Mabaki the Terror. ----------------------------------- Njiwa is a calm, reserved lioness with a severe voice. Along with Busara, she is one of the pride's designated mothers. Her duty is to care for everyone's cubs while their mothers are out hunting or otherwise busy. Njiwa likes to entertain the young ones by teaching them rudimentary hunting skills, regardless of gender. As so many cubs leave the pride to forge their own futures, she feels it's important that all young ones know how to take care of themselves.
