Voodoo

"Come, don't be shy. Let's see what Voodoo can do for you."

Voodoo is the former pride shaman. She claims to be able to see visions sent by the ancestors, but her main job within the pride was creating poultices out of herbs. Queen Zawadi is skeptical of Voodoo's powers, but Rogun trusts in them. Rogun has even gone so far as to shift his pride's circle of influence away from the rocky cliffs and into the lush jungle so Voodoo has a larger selection of ingredients.

Voodoo is patient and feels as though all things come at their own pace. Any lion who tries to rush her will receive a harsh word and a refusal to help at all, at least until they apologize.

Once Voodoo aged to 13, she decided to step down from her position entirely. She gave her spot on the main hunting team to Blackbird, and her duties as pride Shaman over to her daughter Hexa. Voodoo now spends her years in retirement, usually lounging in the shade and doing absolutely nothing. She does on occasion help Hexa with her duties if her daughter becomes overwhelmed.
