Abimbola is a secondary Princess in Boipelo's Pride. She is the daughter of Princess Abena, and King Bright Sun (a great friend of Boipelo's in the neighboring territory). She looks more like her father and grandfather, which is funny considering she's female. Whereas her brother looks like their mother and grandmother.
Abimbola plans on staying with her family, and she is an advisor of the King and Queen. She has no thirst for power.
Abimbola worries for her mother, grandmother, and great-auntie. They are all becoming elderly, and yet they still work as if they were her age.

Now, almost everyone Abimbola knows and loves has died. Grandmother Abeni, great-aunt Lesedi, grandfather Boipelo, and today her mother; Abena. Her father, Bright Sun, still lives, but he has not much time either. Abimbola is left wither her "aunt" Amara, and her new children. James has told her that her sons show potential, and one will likely be the next King, but he has also promised her daughter Marmalade the title of Queen. Abimbola is worried though. Will the Royal Butterflies accept her daughter? Only time will tell...
Abimbola knew that soon she would pass. She could feel in her bones, smell it on her breath. She had no idea, however, that she would pass in her sleep, leaving her quadruplets without being able to say goodbye. The old princess is calmed by this, however, as the Royal Butterflies accepted her Marmalade, and rumor had begun circulating that James had taken Four Hundred under his wing to train for next King.
