As the Shaman, Sollus is respected highly in the pride. Her word is law, enforced viciously by her king. Sollus often is called on to bless cubs and lions about to die by her kings claws. After the death of Rarus, Sollus has become withdrawn. The elderly shaman was only one year younger than her beloved best friend yet the time without her seems to go so slowly. She has taken over as the wise elder of the pride. Often she cares for cubs and tells them stories of the stars. Her powers have blessed her with a terrible truth, she knows when she will die. Yet it seems almost comforting to her, soon she will join the stars. 3/16/2015 Sollus was found in the clearing where she often prayed to the stars. It appears she slipped away peacefully from old age. She can finally join her pride sister among them.
