At a young age, Aurum was the talk of the pack. She had no desire to hunt, and no skill or it. in shame, she was chased away from her pack with her tail between her legs. She soon learned to hunt, in order to support herself. Also, males would approach her and take nice long looks, some just walking away there and others attempting to woo her. She declined each one, since none were worthy of a lioness like herself. It took a long while until she found her one pride leader. One day, while hunting, she stumbled across a water hole and saw a grey lion, proud and tall, with a glistening mane. She fell in love immediately, and was surprised when the lion approached her. The lion wooed her gently, and so Aurum became his first lioness. She soon met her niece, a grey cub that Gris had traded beetles for in the trades, and her sister, a dark cream lioness the lion had won over as well. They settled in nicely, and soon a white lioness cub with spots like a leopard joined them. *Foundie of the Legand bloodline*
