Violet Sunrise's beautiful first born daughter was well received in the Sentinel's den. She will never leave his territory and she is already much loved by those around her for both her beautiful coat and her gentle ways. Flora in particular has taken a liking to her, and for this reason her cub name is Fireflower.

Fireflower chose a different name as suited the theme of the lionesses within the pride. She became Edge of Darkness.

:Late Winter (Seven Years, Ten Months):
Creamsicle's Farewell Ceremony
The Sentinel summoned Astronomy Domine and Solstice Spirits to organize Creamsicle's farewell ceremony. He asked them to gather those who wished to attend. As it turned out, everyone who knew her wished to do so. Even the Scion attended, which surprised everyone as much as everyone appearing surprised Creamsicle.
Though Creamsicle was sure no one save the Sentinel and the shamans would come to her farewell ceremony, the entire pride attended. For she was the beloved First Wife of The Sentinel. Her passing to the realm of the Ancestors was the ending of an era. Everyone took turns going on hunts with her, and then each lioness and subordinate male said something they loved about her. Creamsicle was moved to tears by the great love showed during the ceremony.
She grew up with the First Lioness and was quite sad to see one of her mentors making ready to walk the path of the Ancestors.
:Late Winter (Eight Years, Ten Months):
Though it was the only life she had ever know, Edge of Darkness bid her good friend Flora and the rest of the Sentinel's pride farewell. Too many changes were occurring there. She knew she always had a place in his lionesses; however in truth, she wanted to find a stronger male to sire her cubs.
:Early Spring (Nine Years, One Month):
After spending a few months of near-starving and being ignored in King Gold Dust's pride, she returned to The Storm Pride. At first she thought to stay; however there was a great many changes still afoot and she did not like the prospects of who would be king when The Sentinel passed on. Instead, she did not stay long, only long enough to steal a feather decor from the pride's horde. On her way out of the lands again, she saw The Sentinel and The Banshee departing the lands. Edge of Darkness followed them into King Dawn's Royal's lands. Though she meant simply to find out what they were doing so far from his pride, she discovered an entire new territory with the scent of a young and strong king.
Keeping clear of The Sentinel and the Banshee, she hid in the bushes to observe what was happening. While she was there, she overheard a conversation between The Sentinel and another lioness, bold and fiery. Something about an heir and a son. Edge of Darkness decided to offer herself to Dawn's Royal, for he was young and she felt he would sire her excellent cubs. She would report her findings to her new king as a token of her loyalty.
When the others departed, she did just that and she took the stolen feather token to Dawn's Royal as well as the information about what occurred between the Sentinel and the other lioness (who was Tsar'Lena though Edge of Darkness did not know her).
