Whether it's by acting cute and innocent, appealing to one's individual tastes, or anything in between, Hys knows how to get what she wants. She's skilled in manipulation, though not as treacherous as expected, and will throw this inborn ability around to achieve almost anything. Hysteria is calm and composed -- she needs to be, in order for it to work at all -- highly intelligent, and exacting in her practices, willing to give almost anything up for success. She's what lions call a natural-born leader. At her best, she is a sage leader who could lead any pride into victory, but at her worst, she is quick to anger and willing to tear herself apart just for something as petty as revenge.

As the months of her cubhood passed by, the most skilled hunter and dominant lioness Zoli observed Hysteria's ambition, drive, and confidence, coupled with her feline flexibility and strength, and the older lioness developed an interest in the cub, taking her under her wing by the time she was a yearling and teaching her the ways of a hunter and leader. Hysteria would grow to surpass her mentor, and by the time Zoli's bones grew too brittle and joints too sore to hunt any longer, Hysteria would emerge the head of a new generation of lions. She was titled the Nemesis, the leader, of the pride, and her small circle of lions would become the Council and the Guardians. With Zoli's blessing, Hysteria knew she could bring greatness to the pride that had never been seen before.
