Advisor Aela

Aela was the second lioness to join Ukraine's Pride. Her previous Pride was getting too large, so she set out on her own, leaving two nearly grown cubs behind, and found Ukraine and Freya.
She is almost a mother figure to the other females in the group, teaching them different, effective techniques of hunting. When she isn't out stalking prey, she enjoys grooming the others. She is rarely in a playful mood. Since the others look up to her, Ukraine decided it would be best for the pride if Aela would be Queen.
Aela is a great leader and huntress, and has seen potential in one of the Pride's adopted cubs, Cersi. Freya took over as Head Huntress, but still consults Aela since the birth of her latest cubs. Aela can be a bit jealous at times- jealous of Tsuna and Drifta because of their quick pregnancies with Ukraine. She also dislikes the fact that she has no born a male for Ukraine- which she feels might endanger her daughters' status. Despite her feelings, she still helps out with the other lionesses' cubs in training. After all, it's what is best for the Pride.

With the change in the Pride (after the death of the cubs, Noe'jin's take over, Ukraine's death) Aela stepped down as Queen but still holds a high standing within the pride. She often guides the new King and Queen with decisions and advice. Lately, she has been debating on whether or not she will try and have one more litter fathered by Tauren; as she still misses Ukraine greatly.
