*~~Padoodeedum

Tosa claimed while exploring december 12th 2014. She was 9yrs 2m old.

Padoodeedum was out in the dry savannah searching for a new Pride, When she spotted Tosa(#34850) exploring nearby!! She tried to catch his attention, but he just wouldn't see her. He was too busy squishing lonely flowers in his path, picking up an odd feather of some sort, scratching on a baobab, or even eating another lion's scat! Yuck! But even though he was a little odd while exploring, she thought the young-ish lion was handsome, brave and caring. He even played with a lone cub! How sweet! <3 She'd try to purr but when she did, he'd randomly do a Manly Roar and sniff with pride, thinking about how proud his mother would be of him! She'd just roll her eyes and sigh. Silly lion! After quite a few attempts to catch one of his cute eyes, she turned to leave. She did not realize that Tosa was down-wind from her. Tosa followed her scent, and found her. After showing off a little bit, he accepted her into the his Pride. She asked her new leader what her name would be, and after a small hesitation, he said: " I'll call you 'Padoodeedum'. That is your new name." and she answered: " Why did you choose that name for me?" and he answered: " Because when i first saw you, I was singing 'Radadoo doo dee dee, Padoodeedum- Ooh!' and there you where. I hope you like the name." " Why of course! You may call me what you wish!" The two of them walked together to Tosa's Den where Padoodeedum was welcomed with open paws!

In late february 2015, Padoodeedum seems to slow down and have a hard time moving on her own. She is getting quite old! On the 23rd, she is 14yrs 7m. The other pride member dont think she'll make it to the end of the month. so sad!

It's Padodeedum's 15th birthday on March 1st 2015!

She passed away monday March 11th 2015. :(
