Queen Mother Tamela

Tamela was once a quiet young lioness, eager to see the world. She was kind and soft spoken, and grew up a happy life in her family's little pride. Her life began to change when she fell for the false charms and deceitful words of a cruel king. Caddoc first came to her pride, claiming to want friendship and peace with her father, and it wasn't until Tamela was barely full grown that he showed his true, dark intentions for her family.

One of Tamela's older sisters had cubs, and apparently Caddoc was the father. He was seeking an heir for himself, but none of the cubs had proven strong, in fact the same was true with any sons his own lionesses gave him. For a reason Tamela would never know, or at least she feared to even question, Caddoc and his son Gavin killed her father and the other males, her brothers. The mad and blood thirsty king proceeded to kill any of the lionesses who dared to lash out in vengance. Of course, this was nearly all the pride. Tamela was not among them. She was running for her life.
