Stormwatch, The Watcher

Though sometimes emotional, Stormwatch is a rather kind lioness whose main task if to watch over the cubs. She watches out for five to six cubs at a time, depending on how many cubs have been born or added to the pride. Being older than more of the other lionesses, she often gives advice to the younger females and chastises them if they step out of line. She also helps them with their tasks and oversees most operations.

Stormwatch joined the Feather-Bat Pride at the age of 11 years and 5 months.

Growing Into Adulthood

Though most of her early life is unknown, the later years of her adult life revolve around taking care of the cubs in the pride. She loves her duty and wouldn't trade it for the world. As the years pass by, it's gotten harder and harder for her to keep up with the younger lionesses. So when she was asked if she'd rather watch over the cubs, she happily took the job as one of the pride's babysitters.

Life As An Elder

As her life begins to come to an end, Stormwatch is anything but scared. She's content with her life in the pride and the cubs are growing up to admire her. They listen to her and her stories, absorb her advice and her teachings and love her wholeheartedly. Even if she joined the pride late, she's already comfortable and content in the pride. Stormwatch is proud of the cubs and enjoys watching them grow up and become important to the pride. She loves that, even as they age, they still come to her for advice and help.
