Dumah

Dumah became a part of The Artist's pride when she was about 1 years old. She had left her old pride after witnessing her brother be brutally murdered by a rival pride. She could no longer be around any of her old pride members because they all reminded her in some way of her brother. His memory still brings tears to her every time she thinks about him. One thing about herself that has always bothered her is the fact that she resembles a tiger with her markings and coloring. She doesn't have anything against tigers, but sometimes it makes her stand out, and all she wants to do it fit in.

Because of her history, she is often very quiet and reserved. Due to this nature, Harahel decided that she needed a new name to identify with - Dumah, which means angel of silence. Not only did her new name fit with the pride, but it also made her feel like she was officially a part of The Artist's family. It gave her a fresh start to life, which is what she desperately wanted.

She wasn't very good much when she first came to the pride, which is why the King assigned Sabreal to be her mentor and trainer. Although Sabreal is a strict and tough trainer, Dumah loves her like a mother. It was Sabreal who taught her how to hunt, or shall I say, taught her how to successfully hunt larger prey. Under her watchful eye, Dumah also became quite skilled at exploring. Her favorite item to collect, hoard really, is feathers. She loves their beauty and simplicity. In fact, she made The Artist the Kingfisher Feather decor he wears in his mane, and she constantly receives compliments on it.
