~~HUNTER~~
Daughter of Renegade, a warrior of the pride, Rogue is a very strong and tough lioness. She requires a great deal of alone time, is wary of humans, and her strongest bond is with a kestral named Tyto.
As an adolescent, she ran away from the den, seeing her infertility as something bad that would outcast her. She sought to live on her own and find herself, but instead she was captured by humans. They weren't poachers but instead of killing her they kept her in a cage at a base, far away from her home. She grew into an adult in that cage and realized who she was. She was strong, intelligent, and bold. And she could not be contained. Upon realizing her true self, another animal noticed the change in her. Tyto, the kestral, was also contained in a cage and wanted an out. They bonded and worked together to free themselves and the others that were caged.
After escaping the camp, Rogue and Tyto traveled together. She became proud of who she was, her infertility and all, and now saw that as an asset that made her special and stronger. She had little interest in males, courting, and breeding and saw her true calling as a leader of other lionesses. One day, Rogue decided to return to her home-pride and told Tyto that she respected his wishes of wherever he decided to go. He had grown a fondness for her (as she had for him) and decided to follow her wherever she went (since he had said goodbye to his home long ago). Together they found her home-pride where she was welcomed and respected by her proud pride members.
Although she would make a strong warrior, Rogue found her calling as a lead hunter. Being a warrior required possible fights with humans, and although she had no qualms hunting them with other lionesses, fighting them alone to protect her pride worried her--put too much pressure on her. Plus, having traveled with Tyto for a long while before returning home, Rogue was very good at exploring the lands and was a very bold and intelligent hunter. She almost considered becoming a scout, but felt more useful as a hunter.
Hardy, Bold, Proud / She, her, hers.
