Firekit was a gift from the same pride that gave Chestnutkit. She was to be considered a token of appreciation for taking care of King Asanyi's daughter. Chestnutkit, so well. 'Thank you for caring so well for my daughter and respecting the pride boundaries, I took note of your pride members names and decided to give this little one something similar - however, we truly called her Mouse. Please take care of her as though she is your own, the Falcon Eye tells me she has a rare mane type that I hope ypu put to swell use! Salutations - King Asanyi.'" When the raven had relayed the message, it flew off, leaving the auburn colored cub with her piercing ice eyes staring right at whomever had first approached her.
