Bio:
Oreo lived in a highly remote territory with only a few lioness' and a lion. The area was made of bare land, the only prey that was found had either died of heat heat exhaustion or dehydration. Their only water supply was little rain or digging until their claws were broken and bloody so they'd reach the bacteria filled, mud h2o.
After months of raging heat and countless newborn deaths, a handsome young lion stumbled his way around and found the bags of bone. Because their own king was old and on the verge of death, he stepped down, letting the male, now known as Shizi take his place.
Even though the pride had a new heir, that still didn't solve the problem. The worn out lioness' followed their new king through many seasons until they reached proper lands. Tired and beat to the bone, the pride was not only physically but mentally exhausted and were hardly capable of placing a paw in front of the other.
During their adventure, Oreo had found that she had fallen in love with Shizi and apparently, he held the same feelings towards her. But the problem was that another lioness-a stronger and possibly even better looking lioness had her eyes on Shizi and would kill to take place as his queen.
Oreo, weaker and much younger then the other lioness felt as if the battle had ended before it even started and she backed down with shame, allowing the lioness to take what she loved more then anything-her mate. Although she wasn't his queen, Oreo and Shizi confessed their love for eachother and soon after, Oreo learned that she was pregnant.
Scared for the safety of her unborn cubs, Oreo immediately took responsibility for her rash actions and kicked up enough motivation to leave. Leave her mate. Leave her family. Leave her home. So her cubs would make it in the cruel world, no matter what it took.
One cold, vicious night, Oreo crept through the territory until she had almost made it to the border. Frost coated blades of grass sliced at her already raw paws as she trudged on. Before she could stray from the territory, the lioness-the evil bitch (Rabith) the one that caused all of the pain, stopped Oreo dead in her tracks.
**Flashback**
"And where are you going?" The sunkissed lioness spat threateningly, her tail lashing furiously as she stared at Oreo with blood thirsty amber optics. Teeth bared, she awaited an answer. Rabith's dagger-like cleaves ripped canyons into the frozen ground, as if she expected Oreo to challenge her.
Oreo sigh in defeat, not matching Rabith's gaze but lowered her heavy cranial. "I'm leaving." she croaked in pain, closing her eyes tightly, hoping that this would all just be a dream and she'd wake up, her body warmed by her mate as two little kits, looking exactly like the couple scampered around.
Rabith stared at Oreo, her nostrils flaring in alarm but soon calmed "Oh really?" she purred delicately, her fur sleeking to her skin as a smirk slowly made it's way across her muzzle in satisfaction. "Is that so?" she added, staring at Oreo with a grin.
But before Oreo could reply, Rabith had her claws hooked into the brown lioness's shoulder blades, pulling her down until she hit the frozen earth. Rabith's lips were curled back in a snarl as they lowered to Oreo's ear, preparing to speak her demands.
Oreo gasped in pain, squirming to escape the terrible lioness's clutches. Her natural instinct would be to fight back but then, in a blinks amount of time, the thought of her cubs echoed in Oreo's mind and she shut herself off, the only thing visible was the faint visual of Shizi, his soft, warm voice leaving loving kisses on her memories.
"Listen here, rat" Rabith began, spitting viciously at Oreo "I can tell you're pregnant, and there is no question on whom mated with you" she continued, her claws still fastened into Oreo's skin "If I ever see your disgusting face anywhere near this territory again, I'll kill you, and then I'll kill your cubs, and maybe by then, a new lion will have came."
Her voice stabbed into Oreo like hundreds of arrows piercing through her body but she gritted her teeth and focused on the soothing sound of her mate telling her that he loved her a few moons before. Her cubs would never know who their father was, they'd just know that he was the most amazing lion there could've been.
"Lets get to the point-I'll kill anything you care about if you even think about coming here, got that?" she snarled before ripping her claws from Oreo's fur, her eyes glazed with hatred as she stared at the bloody lioness.
"Of course I understand...my evil older sister" Oreo mumbled before closing her eyes.
**End Of Flashback**
After that night, Oreo traveled for moons and her stomach only got heavier with her cubs. The only food she ate were the scraps left over from other animals and the occasional injured bird or stray immature animals. Other then that, her diet was lizards.
One fateful day, she reached a watering hole and was blessed to find two other lioness' there. The pair, healthy and well muscled happily invited Oreo to go back to their king with them.
The handsome golden heir was more then eager to recruit Oreo and she took a place in his pride-as the first nesting lioness of the season.
