From the moment Dalili and her sister, Rehema, were born they were spoiled by their older sisters, Deka and Kenya. Dalili was especially spoiled by king Araali and was soon chosen to be Themba's bride and become the Queen of the pride. Mirembe, Her mother, was very prideful of this and soon placed Dalili on a figurative pedestal. Anything Dalili asked for was given to her in an instant because of this she soon became a spoiled child and she was very rude to all the lionesses in the pride. She started to get a twisted way of thinking and thought of ways she could punish her subjects when she became queen. The king and his pride never suspected her of anything because she had once been a loving young cub and even though she started to behave rudely; in their eyes she was still the perfect princess and future Queen. Themba, however, saw things differently he watched his young mate turn into a cold hearted lion that had no thought of bettering the pride, but he didn't dare challenge Araali's judgement and quietly worked out a plan to calm the wicked princess.
Dalili finally reached the status of Queen after a sudden death of Queen Keondra. Dalili still felt empty and as if she was missing some piece of her wicked game then she realized she needed heirs in case another lioness had the same evil thoughts she had as she was growing up, but she knew Thembasa wouldn't produce strong cubs. So, she snuck off to other king's territories until she found one that fit her needs. After her affair she returned home and after a few weeks started showing signs of pregnancy, but She wasn't a stupid lioness and she made sure to breed with Thembasa even though she loathed the thought of having a cub turn out to be his it was a sacrifice she was willing to make in order for her infidelity to go unnoticed.
Soon Dalili gave birth to two female cubs and named them, Zalika and Zula, they were beautiful, but they were polar opposites. Everything Zula did was kind and done with extreme care, but Zalika was just as cold as her mother and demanded it be her way or no way. Thembasa loved them with all his heart, but he knew something was off about them. Even Adimu started to notice that neither of the girls had his markings or even behaved remotely like him, but she wanted so badly to believe they were her granddaughters. However, Dalili was confident that her plan was going along smoothly and had both her sister, Rehema, and Best friend, Nabulungi, to take up for her and cover up her mistakes if she made any.
Dalili soon felt that she would be better off if she had more cubs so she repeated the process, but this time with a rouge. This results in the birth of Anaya and Lutalo. As soon as she laid eyes on her son she knew he was destined for greatness and would soon take the throne from Thembasa. Thembasa felt uneasy about these two they didn't have anything in common with him and he refused to train Lutalo as his heir, but Dalili had been taught how to run the pride on her own if anything had happened to Thembasa so she trained him without worry.
You pass by Dalili and nod a greeting. She is smiling calmly, and returns your greeting. That... can't be a good thing.
Dalili catches your attention - she has an idea! She knows of a secret path into the hyena lands...if everyone uses it to sneak in and destroy everything, perhaps your pride could triumph over them once and for all!
As you pass by, Dalili glares at you intently until you are fully out of her sight. You still feel uneasy a while afterwards.
