Malicious, known from how she hides herself from the pride. Scared of difference and shame she hides and only comes out to be healed from wounds and food. She is usually in the healing den with Onyx trying to find ways to grow a tail, as she keeps saying that Mal cannot be cured she snarls in anger and runs. Wondering seeing her pain leaves her alone and waits to come back with open ears. Seen an evil and up to no good the sake of Wondering's pride is to understand and care for her needs so she returns with a gaze and snarl and goes to the pride and eats. Thinking eyes are upon her lowering her ears they all smile at her and purr, closing her eyes and continuing to eat, in her mind she feels rejected when reality she doesn't see the love around her



As Mal gets older and realizes her time is coming to an end, instead of an pent up rage she breaks down and goes onto a grief like state. Slowly walking about saying sorry to everyone she has hurt or yelled at. She walks over to Onyx's grave with tears saying how she shouldn't have been so mean. Days later after having her two cubs Bulope goes over carrying one of them tail between her legs at Mal and says. "I-im sorry, this cub also has carried on a different appearance than your other one. " Mal looks over her cub seeing it's ears are folded down, she looks then smiles and rubs against Bulope. Shocked Bulope asked "B-but all this time from your different appearance you hated yourself, why are you so happy?" As she cowers. Mal smiles and says "She's different, I'm different and that's okay, it's what your mother taught me. I hope you learn the same also." She carried her cub in her mouth and goes back in her den with her other cub and smiles. The other lionesses walk in shocked and Mal grows softly " If any of you lift a mean claw on my baby's I will purposely come back and make sure you can't lift a paw at all." They take a step back and she laughs "I'm joking, but thank you for treating me as an equal." She gives her cubs to Bulope to care for as she passes on, thanking them all. Wondering runs in and lays next to her on her last moments asking sure she'll be okay. Mal smiles and purrs along side him for moments on in in till, it does end. Mal's body is then carried by the dynasty with her other friends to live a wonderful afterlife.
