Though his first choice was denied because another King had just asked for her, King GoldenSight was a kindly king. He went through the fosterlings again and found a cub who stole his heart. It was Sweet Complexion, messy though she was, she was named for her coat and her complex markings. King GoldenSight offered her a home in his then-small pride. "She is beautiful, with her pink nose. I will give her a home." Matron Silken Spider was quite pleased to know the gorgeous little one was going to a good home. "She will be taken care of as though she were a princess," replied King GoldenSight with a slight wiggle. The cub giggled when she saw the mighty king wiggle. She romped forward to him. "Are we going to a new home now?" "Yes, lovely, we are..." King GoldenSight said to the newest member of his pride. To Matron Silken Spider, he added, "If she has any beautiful cubs, you are welcome to them." "Ah, thank you so for the offer." The lioness inclined her head with a gentle smile. She shakes herself off in front of you, propelling little particles of dirt and grass into your mane!
