Theluji

Moonlight is the oldest lioness in the pride, and therefore more experienced. She and young Azulla lived together in the same pride before finding lone Kaizen. It was Azulla who decided to leave her old pride first, wanting something new in life. Moonlight stayed behind for just one day more, but she and the young lioness were close, so Moonlight trailed after.

She hadn't expected Azulla to find a new pride leader so quickly. Kaizen, the golden furred male lion with a thick mane was all alone before the females showed up. He was clumsy, a bad hunter and horrible at communication. When Moonlight arrived, Azulla told Moonlight that she had a new name, Maji, and had also told Kaizen that Moonlight would be a great benefit to their newly beginning pride. He reluctantly agreed, but stated that upon joining his pride, she would have to receive a new name. Moonlight shrugged at the proposal, a name didn't mean much to her. Kaizen declared for her to be "from this point on" known as Theluji, meaning snow in Swahili. Although she is older, she doesn't mentor or guide Kaizen in any way. As a matter of fact, she keeps quiet most of the time, letting the new leader learn on his own -- and of course, make his own mistakes.

Being the strongest and most experienced lion in the pride, Theluji leads the hunts. Maji has always admired the albino lioness, so together they make a great team and great partners to Kaizen.
