Pinch

Growing up as a dwarf wasn't easy on Pinch. All of the other lions thought they could boss her around, and a lot of the time that's exactly what they did. Things only started to get easier on her after her firstborn son, Napollyon, was born. His kindness earned him the attention of Brash the Brave, who let him walk in his shadow as a cub. When he was older and wiser, Brash the Brave gave him a gift to rival all others: the right to take over his pride so he could move on to the next stage of his journey. Out of respect for his mentor, Napollyon took his name as well as his responsibilities, and Pinch finally got the respect she felt she deserved... Sort of. None of the lionesses like her snotty attitude, but whenever her tail has been tweaked she goes running to her son to report the transgression. Luckily for the rest of the pride, Brash knows to treat his mother's tales with a hefty grain of salt! If Pinch had to choose one lioness in the pride to kill or leave out in the savannah, everyone knows who it would be... That little upstart Speck, who has earned frequent maulings from the fierce little mama for her manipulative and persistent interest in Brash.
