Blessed , - or perhaps cursed , - with the gift of immortality , Ashtyn spent most of her existence moving from pride to pride , trying her best to not let on to others why she appears as youthful as she does . Eventually , she settled herself near Nefrion's pride , and grew close enough to them to reveal her true nature . She vowed to protect the pride and be a loyal member , watching over them always . She sometimes will wander off her own for periods of time , but she always comes back home to her family . She often serves as a delegate for the pride and its' king .
