Dee

Dee was tossed out of her birth pride as a cub, being forced to fend for herself for most of her childhood. One day, while searching for a watering hole, Dee was ambushed by poachers. She was no match for them, and was subdued and caged.

As she stirred into some semblance of consciousness, Dee felt tremors from the strange metal beast she was in the belly of - emanating from its head. Suddenly, three lionesses ripped it wide open, tearing the cages open and freeing the animals the poachers had captured. Dee jumped out, and upon being questioned by the lionesses, was discovered to be alone. A young cub, totally alone. Of course, this wouldn't do. The three lionesses took Dee to the Taki pride, home with them, and introduced her to Kakarot. The good-natured king sympathised with her tale, and allowed her to live freely in the pride with them. As Dee grew, she was more and more accepted by the pride.

Dee is emotional and motherly, specialising in empathy and care. She dislikes fighting, only using it to protect, and would rather sit down and talk things through. Her own past as a lone cub means she is well acquainted with the horrors of loneliness, and she will never let that happen to a cub she is protecting.
