Biography
Blossom is a humble lion with little ambition to take over his pride as king. Raised by a gentle lioness, he is patient, kind, and warm. He has never been known to lose his temper or even raise his voice, making him less successful at defending his territory or even his pick of freshkill. Blossom was never the best at patrolling or filling his duties as a subordinate male, often getting distracted by pretty flowers and baby birds. Since he is no threat the the king's leadership or the heir's succession, the other males in the pride mostly ignore him and allow him to do whatever he pleases. He loves the springtime and the new life that appears on the Savannah, particularly in regards to baby animals and bright blossoms. He, his sister Lilah, and half-sister Rosebud have been best friends since they were cubs and share the same gentle manner, preferring flowers and birds to fighting and hunting.

One of Blossom's favorite pastimes is teaching cubs the names of all the different flowers they find in their territory. He tends to get caught up in the delight of each flower and occasionally loses track of the cubs, who often grow bored. If not for his sisters keeping an eye on the cubs he would probably lose them. He feels guilty about that, though. If those darn cubs just cared so much about Stapelia Hirsuta as he does there would not be a problem...
