Sol de Jengibre

Name meaning: "Ginger Sun"

This level-headed lioness was accepted into Kieru's pride despite her odd coloring. Though she has somewhat more skill than some of the others, she has less experience in hunting, and is thus considered a lesser hunter, though this doesn't dim her hunting energy. She may be one of the most tactical huntresses in the pride, but she doesn't flaunt it. Out of her hunts, at least 90% of them have been successful, and she will likely end up teaching young lionesses good hunting strategies in the future.

As she grew old, Sol de Jengibre never lost her boundless energy, and passed away peacefully in her sleep. Though Kieru was devastated to see one of his oldest lionesses go, but he comforted himself with the knowledge that he knew where at least one of Sol de Jengibre's daughters lived.

You find Sol de Jengibre on an outcropping observing some other lions playing below with a gentle smile.

You were pacing back and forth, frustrated at losing to a puny hyena earlier. Suddenly Sol de Jengibre comes up to you, and softly tells you that no one is thinking badly of you for it. She soothingly kneads your mane.
