Fessran is very bold and strong. She showed up to the clan just before she turned 2 years and told them she could train as a hunter or warrior. Mekaisto III, so moved by her confidence and determination, let her be versatile. He told her to mostly go hunting, but defend the pride when necessary. She consented to this task. At first, the other adolescents and young adults were unsure how to interact with her. They were kinda intimidated by her. But among hunting with her and otherwise sharing space, they realized she is actually very warm and is an incredibly loyal and trustworthy friend.
If you don't know her, or if you just met her, she can feel like she's up in your face a lot. Fessran doesn't hold back. She doesn't care about what others think about her. Therefore she is loud, bold, confident, voices her opinions, and takes up space. But for those who know her, they love her. She may be formidable at first, but they know she has a soft heart.
She took up the Versatile role for most of her life but after Petrichor and Tyto passed, the pride was a bit low on full-time Warriors, so she took up that role.

Fessran also has a unique passion for fires. She is very comfortable around them. Too comfortable to many in her pride. She doesn't seem to notice the fire singing her whiskers and she loves sleeping next to a big bonfire. In fact, when she's not otherwise working, she is building or tending to an already-made fire. She claims that there should always be a tamed fire in a pride--for light, warmth, and protection.

-You nearly jump five feet in the air when a huge spider suddenly appears in your sleeping spot! Luckily, Fessran ran over immediately and threw it out for you. Holy crap.
-Fessran sits next to you and watches the horizon for any incoming danger. Bees included.
-Roaring loudly, Fessran walks around practicing her fierce appearance, not really noticing you.
-You tell Fessran about this standoff you had with three dogs, and she idly wonders why you didn't just kill them all. She states the drooling mongrels fear her deadly claws.
