This girl joined the pride as an 8 year old, coming from a pride where you had to excel as a solo hunter or go hungry. She wears body paints mixed from various sediment, a symbol of status from her old life which she still proudly shows, despite none of her new pride mates knowing what it means. The red symbolises her strength and the yellow her ability to survive against death, which claimed so many of her pride mates. Protective of her food, it took her a while to accept that her new pride shared their kills. Once she began to trust a bit more, she joined their hunts and the hunting teams saw her abilities. Better than any lioness in the pride at that time, she was awarded the position of lead hunter on the main hunting team. The pride of being so honoured despite being an outsider made her warm up to the pride and slowly become one of them. Her true personality, a fun loving and mischievous lioness, began to show itself. Although she now shares a kill with her pride mates, she will always take her own piece away from the others to eat by herself, and guard is fiercely if anyone comes near.

One day a vicious brute came and murdered a lot of cubs in The Culling. Kiongozi was part of the force with Nebulous, Muddle, Eskimin, Auryx and Zippora, to take him and some of his pride down. They won but Kiongozi was badly injured and unable to defend the pride anymore. The brute’s pride left behind a cub, Kolivan, and the pride decided after a few days to have Kiongozi train him to eventually fight against his own blood to protect Nebulous’ pride. Eskimin saw only the potential strength in Kolivan and was fine with him joining the pride.

At 14 years old Eskimin chose to take in Piper, to pass down her beliefs of independent strength, after hearing how the cub escaped from being a prisoner with the pride of brutes that Kolivan had been born into.
