Biography
Though not a birth daughter of Mateso, Safi holds the rank of princess. She was discovered by the huntresses when she was only 6 months old, hungry and alone. The huntresses couldn't decide on what to do with the cub, fearing that Mateso might kill her if they bring her home. Regardless, they took her in. However when Mateso saw the cub he felt no anger or violence like he usually would. Instead, he took her in into his own den, raising her as his own. Safi quickly settled in with her brutal personality, much like Mateso's and her foster mother Damu. When Mateso passed and Kuleta Amani took over, Safi was stripped of her royal title much like her foster mother Damu. Although she was allowed to stay in the pride, she remained bitter towards the new king, and most of her days she spent alone.
