Thus did Faustus go to the good ASTRAIOS III "Greetings sire. I am Faustus from the Pride of Light. My king, Frosted Barrage, wishes to purchase this cub. Are you willing to negotiate the price of this cub?"

Though the names were unfamiliar to him, he knew of the Pride of Light. His ancestors told him tales of King Thunderpaw, the mighty wild lion who founded the pride and was good to all his neighbors. King ASTRAIOS III rumbled and replied: "I'll give her to you if you want her. I know your pride's found, King Thunderpaw, helped my ancestors when first this pride was founded. Take her as a gift and acknowledgment of our continued alliance."

"You are most gracious, sire." Faustus scooped the cub up in his mouth and took her to King Frosted Barrage.

As a token of his appreciation for the gift, King Frosted Barrage named her after her sire.
