Pogi

You lift your head up from the stream, water dripping off your muzzle. A lioness passes by you, her muscles rippling as she carries herself with importance. A large group of lioness follow behind her, some you recognize, some you don't. They stop at the stream to take a drink while she sets a young kudu carcass down, blood still on her muzzle and paws. She pads back over and spots you staring, flashing you a smile. She quickly washes her stained fur before sitting across from you. She dismisses the lionesses with a flick of her tail and introduces herself as Pogu, the head huntress of the pride. She gestures to her dispersing hunting party and purrs. You ask about the young lionesses and she lights up, explaining that she trains them well along side Katanga. You don't talk long before she stands and gathers her party once more, but you see different faces, all eager to hunt. She dips her head in farewell, "Till we meet again."
