Apexei

Caddö discovered Apexei, Apex for short, as a kit, curled up on top of her father's unmoving body. In the distance stood a gathering of cheetahs, and one lioness, who promptly rushed off when Caddö made appearance. Just as he was about to launch after them and demand answers, the kit's brilliant citron eyes opened. It stumbled towards Caddö, nudged by... a ghost? A transparent, shining, statuesque lion stood behind the small kit. He fixed Caddö with a psychedelic gaze that told him to take the kit. A gust of wind blew, and the lion faded away.
Apex still feels the presence of her father beside her. She resembles him and not her mother. Sometimes, when another lion passes by Apexei, it too feels a spirit.
Apexei's first kit, Teja, bears striking resemblance to Apexei's mother. Caddö believes that she may, in fact, be the reincarnation of her mother, coming back to protect her, to be with her once more.

Apex is rather stubborn and will fight for what she wants. She deeply cares for her pride-mates, even if they often do not get along. Many of them find it difficult to understand her deportment, but they accept her regardless.
