She bears a striking resemblance to her grandmother, and it is believed by the pride that she may, in fact, be the reincarnation of her. Teja and Altaïr were childhood best friends. She was always at his side - that is, until he lost his mind. As Altaïr plunged deeper into the darkness, Teja was left as a concerned, angered queen. Why did she stay? She didn't know, especially once Electra made her way into their pride. She immediately became Altaïr's sidekick, and the two grew close - or, that is, as close as you can grow to a scourge of lions. Teja feels as though she's lost control. She is forced to be nice to Electra, even though it is clear that the two despise one another.
