Biography
Hiemalis the Divine was the second Queen of the Perfugas, and the mate of the second King, Red Arenae. The cold Queen was discovered by the First King Impes in the trading plains. Feared for her great brutality and distaste of the weak, her old king wanted her gone from his pride. Afraid of her wrath if she was sold or exchanged, her old king sought a pride ruthless enough to willingly welcome her. And thus, Hiemalis was quickly welcomed in the pride of the Great Desert. She became the right hand of Queen Venatrix and took care of the cubs or lionesses too weak to be amongst the Perfugas. She introduced the pride to new levels of brutality and ruthlessness. After the deaths of the First King and Queen, and the rise of the Second King, Red Arenae, she quickly became a feared matron of the pride. It wasn't long until she was crowned Queen and walked the crater beside Red Arenae. She sadly did not survive her King, and died a couple of years before his retirement. Still, she stayed in the memories of all members as the ruthless matron of the Perfugas, the one who took away the weak and the soft. All living things will be devoured. No pity in the Desert, no mercy under the Sky.
