On the 4th of July, of the year 2018, Lym gave birth to a fatherly male FELIS! This is him. The first felis born in the Maahel Grounds, a miracle, never to be forgotten, chased, left out, or unknown. SCROLL DOWN FOR BIO

"Nasun!"
I turned around sharply and looked for my best friend, Sunlilly. Sunlilly was beautiful, but I hadn't told her, or anyone, that I liked her. It would ruin, or change, our relationship. It could be good change, or bad change, but I didn't want to risk anything.
"Where are you?" I roared, sniffing the air. I heard giggling and dashed towards the noise. I sniffed around a bush and then I ran into it. I stumbled, pushing over something furry.
"Eek!" Sunlilly squeaked, laughing.
"Found you!" I shouted, poking her with my paw.
"Not fair!" Sunlilly responded. She took a step back and looked where she could run. I grinned and stepped closer, laughing. She took another step back and screamed, this time it was in fear. Her back legs dropped and her front paws scrambled for something to hold on to. I realized that she had fallen back and there was a cliff waiting for her to fall so it could swallow her up. I froze. Then I shook myself and grabbed her scruff. She continued to scream and cry as I hauled her up onto solid ground. No one had seen us, we had wandered too far from the pride. Sunlilly crawled away from the edge and curled up, sobbing. I lay next to her and licked her gently. Once she stopped crying she sat up, rubbing her face with a paw. Her fur was very dirty and ruffled, and her eyes were red. She looked at me silently and I looked back at her.
"T-thank you," she stuttered, looking at the cliff. I nodded and stood up, walking over to her. I stood on the side closest to the cliff, even though we were quite far from it, and said, "Let's go home." Sunlilly nodded and lay her head on my shoulder before we started walking back.
That's why they separated us. Sunlilly's mom, Tigerlilly, found out what happened and she told my mother, Lym. Tigerlilly told Sunlilly not to come near me again, but Lym said it wasn't my fault. Tigerlilly kept Sunlilly in a different cave, so I never saw her.
I missed Sunlilly a lot today, I was 11 months old whenever The Accident happened. Now I'm 1 year and 11 months old. It's been a year since I last saw her.
"I really do miss her," I sighed, "I wish the accident never had happened."
"Are you okay Nasun?"
"Huh?" I turned around and saw Lym.
"Oh, yeah I'm fine," I said, "Just…thinking."
"About what?" She asked.
"Uh…" What would I normally think about? Sunlilly.
"I'm just thinking about where I'm going to patrol today," I lied. Lym smiled and nodded, then she walked off.
I went outside to see the sunlight and hopefully, but probably not, see Sunlilly. A couple minutes later Kiyu, an adolescent older than me, walked by.
"Hey Kiyu," I said. She turned around and once she saw it was me, smiled.
"Hi Nasun."
"Could you help me with something?" I asked her.
"Sure," she said, sitting down next to me.
"Could you tell Sunlilly to meet me by The Cliff today at night?" I asked.
"Aren't you not supposed to see her?" She asked.
"Yeah, but…this is important, okay?" I told her. She nodded with an understanding look in her eyes.
"Thank you," I said. Kiyu nodded once again and walked off. I sighed and went back to my cave to wait till the sun set.
Once the sky turned dark I stood up and told Lym that I was going out to patrol.
"At this time?" She asked, looking at the sky.
"I never go out at night, I wanna see new things," I explained.
"Okay, be safe," she said, closing her eyes. I silently went out of the caves and made my way to The Cliff.
Once I got there I saw Sunlilly. She was gorgeus, the moonlight stroking her golden fur. I stood there for a moment, admiring her before I decided to say something.
"Hey," I said. She jumped and turned around.
"Why…" she drifted off as she saw it was me.
"We're not supposed to be together," she said, starting to get up.
"Don't you ever--," I started.
"Yes," she said, "I miss you. Every day I think about you." As I got closer to her, I saw she had tears in her eyes. I breathed in her scent and sat down next to her.
She leaned her head against my shoulder, just like she did so long ago. We talked about all that happened while we were separated and what we did. I mostly patrolled and watched life go on. Sunlilly talked with the other adolescent females and watched hunts. We both missed each other. Soon the sun was starting to rise.
"We should get going," I said, standing up.
"But…I want to be with you," Sunlilly replied.
"We'll do this again," I told her, licking her head.
"You go into the caves a little after me okay?" I say. She nods, and I walk away, glancing behind me every few steps until I can't see Sunlilly.
We kept meeting at the same spot at night for a few weeks. One night Sunlilly was upset.
"I wish it could be different," She said, growling.
"Me too," I said.
"I'm telling Tigerlilly I want to be with you."
"Don't! It's not a good idea," I said loudly.
"Well I don't care," she said, pouting.
"Well if she finds out then we'll never see each other again," I tell her.
"I'll go against her rules," she says, "I'll fight her."
I sigh and shake my head.
"When you're king you can change everything," she says.
"Okay, then wait----"
"But I can't wait until you're king," she says, "I need you."
"We just have to deal with it," I reply.
"Well I'm dealing with it in my own way," she says.
We both became silent but after a while we changed the subject. I wondered if she really would tell Tigerlilly and ruin everything.
"Nasun." I turned around, my mind panicking.
Lym, Tigerlilly, and Sunlilly were all looking at me.
"Uh oh," I muttered.
"Sunlilly tells me---"
"Yes." I interrupted her, "Yes, it's all true, go ahead and punish us then." They all looked at me, surprised.
"I don't care what you say Mother," Sunlilly said, coming to stand next to me, "I love him, and I'm going to be with him."
She loves me. Just like I loved her so long ago, and just like I love her now.
"It happened once, and it wasn't his fault," Sunlilly continued, "Did you not have accidents with other lions?"
Tigerlilly looked away and sighed, "Fine--"
"I love her."
Everyone looked at me.
"I love her," I repeated, "I would never hurt her on purpose." Sunlilly looked at me happily, and leaned against me lovingly.
"I'm sorry," Tigerlilly said, "I was too protective." Tigerlilly looked at us sadly.
"I see your side of the argument," Lym said to Tigerlilly.
"I do, too," Sunlilly said. I nodded, agreeing.
"You two may be together and see each other again," Tigerlilly said to us.
Sunlilly leaned over and licked my check, smiling. I grinned back at her and stood up.
"Lovebirds," Lym and Tigerlilly said, laughing as they walked away.
We can finally be together whenever we want.
We can finally love each other.
