Rehide

Rehide absolutely loathes raising cubs. It's not from her near infertility, but rather she has no patience for them. Instead of giving any cubs a bad childhood, she choose the wiser route and decided to have none herself or even adopt any. She made this very clear the moment Fimane found an abandoned cub and ask her to look out for the poor cub. Rehide found the cub -while cute- that she'd be an absolute nightmare to handle from just a glance. She complained, was too rough, and tried to take bites much larger than herself within five minutes of joining the pride.

"Go find someone else to raise her!" Rehide had hissed. "I'm a strict hunter not a mother!"

So Fimane -shocked- went and got another lioness to look after the cub Blauve. He wouldn't bring any cubs to her after that. Maybe for some lessons here and there, but 30 minutes was her max.

Fimane eventually did find Rahoole to raise the cub; and then he thought he'd find a few more lionesses to help with hunting. Rehide approved of the idea - as she was hunting alone at the time, which, as good of a hunter as she was, wasn't exactly smart. The First two brought in -Marble and Cargo- however were not a good match. Going from consistent large kills to a warthog or nothing at all was a drastic downgrade. Not to mention Rehide ended up getting severally wounded twice in a short time frame.

Fimane knew Rehide was stubborn, but she was not dumb. She would never screw up this bad with her hunts. Suspecting foul play, but having no proof, Fimane tested his theory. Everytime Rehide, Cargo, and Marble hunted together it was a disaster. When it was just Rehide and Cargo it was a disaster. BUT when it was Rehide and Marble -while not great- was more successful then the other way around.

Cargo was immediately taken off the hunting team. If she could not cooperate with the group then she was a danger to the pride. Still things were tense and in the coming days Cargo may be forced away from the pride.
