Advika

Advika would groom Binti, while they both lay beside Anya, speaking about motherhood, and the pride's life so far. Today was one of the more unusually good days for them all, to just kick back and relax. Even Barbados was taking advantage of it, even though he was joined by Sundari and her friends.

Advika was taking it easy, now that her son, and the rest of his generation, were adolescent lions. Not quite adults, yet not cubs either. Somewhere in the middle, figuring out life, and learning more about themselves over the coming weeks.

As they spoke, Binti brought up the tragic news that'll soon plague them all: Sundari and her posse were carrying the next batch of cubs. As dangerous as they were, Advika was aware that their cubs was also in peril. Unlike her young, and the others young, these cubs would not only have a tyrannical father, but they'd also have deranged, unstable, and potentially unfit mothers.

The way she saw it, this was going to be against the King's followers. Either way, those cubs already have the worst of both worlds.
