Lady

Lady was making the most of her day, with Barbados treating all to a day away from their kopje, to take up most of their territory. What's even better, her daughter, Liuwa, came to visit for the day, as she joined Susbria and the rest of her adolescent siblings, reunited temporarily in their wake. Lady was happy, just as the other four mothers were, now that their cubs were growing up fast. They've done well, to get their cubs this far. Even the mothers with younger cubs were fairing well.

Lady had her back against the rock, and her hind legs in the air, whilst she scratched her belly. She wished Dalili was present, knowing she was missing out on the lazy siesta, and watching the kids being playful kids. She was laying beside Jade, who's become a great pride-sister, and a full member of Neith's clique.

It seemed tranquil now, but as true to form, their tyrant brought trouble in Paradise. Not only was Sundari's posse now carrying the next set of young, alongside Celestia, Gianna, Zalika, and another lioness, but one of the new moms is not taking to motherhood well.

Lady was grown concern for Kona and her cubs. She's aware of what Barbados has done to her, forcing her to have his young, no matter the length. The birth of her cubs hasn't made anything better. If only there was something Lady can do, as she watches Kona's twins grow up and a perilous world. The pride has been caring for the two more than their own mother, which is concerning to say the least.

Lady could only pray, that things will get better for them, but she's certain that it won't happen anytime soon.
