Slender Loves daughter but her being mute just doesn't sit right with the Lioness. She thinks there might have been something wrong with the way she raised Blueswirl and she doesn't quite understand Babes own love for his daughter, why love something broken? She tries her best to stay positive but sometimes when she looks at Hellin, Blueswirls own daughter, chirping back at her mother much in the same way Blueswirl used to chirp at her she gets choked up at the thought that the new cub might end up broken like her mother. Slender doesn't understand that Blueswirl is perfectly fine as she is.
