Biography
Nerys grew up with over a hundred siblings, and as a result was never particularly special in anyone's eyes. Though clever and pretty she was outspoken and always being rebuked for it. Finally tired of being scolded constantly and overlooked she left her pride and took a job as guardian, or in her mind, babysitter, to a young princess from another pride. She liked the job well enough, even if the princess, Rhiannon, could be a little demanding. But when the pride was attacked and forced out of their home Nerys was captured and sold along with her young charge. Luckily the pair was sold together. Nerys thought it wise to keep her identity as a princess a secret but upon learning that one of the lionesses purchased by their new king would one day be Queen of the pride, Rhiannon went ahead and told everyone who and what she was. Nerys wasn't too pleased but eventually the other queens and Princesses accepted Rhiannon well enough. Just the same Nerys always keeps an eye out for the young princess, still wanting to protect her.
