25 HC, Tsenkher 13 FATHER: [KHACHIUN] MOTHER: JAEHAERA The elder of the second set of twin princesses born to Princess Jaehaera, Daenys was unknowingly claimed by Crown Prince Khachiun as his own, and only Jaehaera is any wiser as to the true sire of the young princess. Both Daenys and her sister Naerys sports the stunning rosettes of their grandmother, Queen Rhaenyra, and were named after the style of the Crownlands. They look very much alike, only distinguished by Daenys' lighter coloring and Naerys' garnet eyes. When Daenys was weaned, her father stated his intentions of sending her to be warded and later married in the allied kingdom of the Veldt in order to secure support for him as future king. Though Jaehaera secretly hated this decision for her other daughter Buudan was already sent away, she was forced to agree as it would strengthen the kingdom's future and the couples' power. Princess Daenys was told about her future when she was 8 moons old and was surprisingly accepting of her role. Many other royal princesses had already taken this path and so Daenys was not surprised that this was chosen for her. She was just shy of adolescence when she was sent to the Veldt to be warded under the king of that kingdom.
