Demeter

First hybrid. Bought at 12 years, 2 months for 65 GB. All markings (with the exception of mane markings) have had their opacities increased to 100%.

After a long stroll through the savanna, Eddie finds a strange lioness and attempts to impress her. Being the laidback hybrid that she is, Demeter gives him an amused grin and agrees to visit his cave. Upon entering the Felis' territory, she meets all kinds of interesting lions.

Amazon walks over to Demeter, greeting her with a purr. She bumps noses with the other lioness, before moving on.

The Leopon is surprised to meet another lioness with dark patches throughout her gray fur, yet despite her appearance, she is incredibly kind. "Hello, dear, are you alright?" she asks, taking note of Demeter's cautious stance. Before she can introduce herself, though, she bumps into a Travelling Lioness, who offers her silver beetles. The purple Pon takes them without question and slowly pads away.

Nearby, a pregnant lioness makes her nest, preparing for the birth of her young. On the other side of the cave, two strange looking adolescents battle each other over a scrap of meat. The Leopon nearly trips over an old lioness, who bares her teeth angrily at the intruder. A maned lioness elbows the harsh elder, then goes back to cleaning her pelt. The purple Leopon tries to apologize, but it doesn't seem like either lion is listening.

Lastly, a dark-furred lioness crosses Demeter's path, carrying a spider on her back and grinning excitedly. "Watch this," she says, before sneaking the spider onto King Eddie's back. Demeter watches with a bemused expression as it crawls all around him, yet the lanky King seems hardly aware of it's presence. Maybe he'll find it in his food later?
